I dont if ya all agree with me but this is what I have to say!!

Put downs are so mean!! and I dont care who they are coming from! I dont care if your joking but if you are put down!!! then you begine to believe what others have to say about you!

like ur fat!

ur ugly!

ur dumb!
u need my help to do something right!
cant u ever do anything right!
you werent wanted!

your not family cuz your not blood!

all of these things hurt really bad!!!

and I mean they are like little knifes each time somthing like this is said! it cuts ur heart again and agian! so slowly if you dont forgive you become bitter and hateful!.

But I have a idea why dont you give someone a compliment every time they insult or put you down!!!
